Return and Exchange Policy

The company carries out returns and exchanges in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, please read our policies below.

Return Policy

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it if it is in good condition.

Returns are processed by agreement with our manager to ensure maximum convenience for you.

Requirements for Return or Exchange

For a successful return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The item has not been used and shows no signs of use (scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.).
• The original packaging and complete set are intact.
• All tags, factory markings, and seals are intact.

Warranty Terms

Electrical components and motors are guaranteed for 90 days with proof of purchase.

Other parts and components are guaranteed for 14 days.
